It doesn't always feel fair. How suddenly you've lost touch of a lot of things, some that mattered more than others. At least you know why. They don't.
I suppose once the dust settles and you get your life back somewhat, all you can do is to try and get it back on some sort of a track... It can be hard work though :-<. As I said, no fair :(.
